Spoon theory, I have heard a lot about. It’s – as I understand – that some people only have so many “spoons of energy” that they can use in a day. And have to choose their activities wisely otherwise they will run out of spoons and have to hide away to recover.
As an insomniac, burning all my energy so that I get a good night sleep isn’t a bad thing, staying on a computer all day uses up more energy for me than say going for a long walk and doing some computer -ing.
I like this theory and it neatly explains some friends of mine, however I don’t think that I am a spoony.
