I have sat at home before, maybe read post of facebook. But I think this is bad for my mental health. stewing in my thoughts. I need to be active I need to do things with my time. Sitting still is not me, today I shall:
- go for a bike ride
- fix up my CV ready to apply for parttime work
- start working on projects I want to do
The world is mine, no use getting upset over what may or may not happen and do my own thing. I’ll deal with the other confidently and with a clear mind if it comes following me.
