I want to date someone who likes being healthy, the envirnment and enjoys hiking as I do.
I feel like this is a big part of my life and would like others to join.
but I seem to attract people who… like sugar, don’t walk and are very consumerist.
My understanding is they like parts of my life, parts of me.
am I being fussy?
Nope. This your story. Don’t settle.

For me it always comes down to moralistic values–I don’t care how many pairs of shoes he/she likes to have or whether his/her fitness routine makes me feel too prim & fit or too comparatively lame/unhealthy. Efforts can be placed into a satisfying equilibrium. But if that partner makes fun of me for giving money to the homeless, then I’ll have no problem making my leave abrupt and clean.
