Doing good but how good?

I don’t eat meat,

and have stopped eating added sugar, or salt.

I recycle all plastics even soft plastics.

and spend time out in nature each day… but what does it mean?

how do you graph it?

  1. You don’t. The things you do are worthy, but miniscule within the Grand Plan. The way it makes you feel is what matters, and that’s the only thing you can graph. So many will do as you do as a salve, because they feel guilty even though they are not. All actions must have reasons, and only good reasons produce good actions.
