build a better me

  1. go to bed early and turn of my phone
  2. drink water offten throughout the day
  3. write my “what I am grateful for” lists
  4. excersise a few times a week with lots of warm up cardio and a short cool down cardio
  5. clean clean clean, wheather it is windows, floors, garden or wardrobe, cleaning is a great form of meditation.

That is all I can think of for now for my ways to have a sound mind, body and soul. What do you do to build a better you?
