- go to bed early and turn of my phone
- drink water offten throughout the day
- write my “what I am grateful for” lists
- excersise a few times a week with lots of warm up cardio and a short cool down cardio
- clean clean clean, wheather it is windows, floors, garden or wardrobe, cleaning is a great form of meditation.
That is all I can think of for now for my ways to have a sound mind, body and soul. What do you do to build a better you?
