Before I fell seriously sick, I could do almost 200 squats! (I was aiming for 350 a day.) I’m building back up slowly, and I can do around 120-150 depending how I’m feeling!!! How about you? I know this sounds silly, but I’m ridiculously excited that you posted this as number one!
yes it is number one as it is exciting to me and means a lot. I can only to about 100 after a bike ride. but it is growing 🙂 glad to hear you are on the road to recovery and towards your squat goals.
